No Stars! Order not delivered. Phoned and was told 15-25 minutes...still waiting. Won't be ordering from them in future as there are plenty of alternatives in the area.

Usually great service but tonight our food took 1.5 hours. 30 minutes late. I called when it was just over an hour since ordering and the person on the phone couldn’t find the order but then found it and said it was out for delivery but it then took another 25 minutes to come. The food itself was tasty just a bit cold but think that was the salad in my wrap rather than the fault of the restaurant.

Previous orders have been Fantastic and usually delivered within 20-30 mins, but unfortunately tonight i placed an order at 8.27pm and was informed i would receive my order for 9.27pm. Being how i usually receive my orders in half that time i phoned up to see where my order was at 9.32pm. I was informed the delivery man was in the shop and about to leave that minute. I never received my order until after 10.10pm and my order was Cold. I can't understand how 1 Haddock and 1 tray of meat (which was very small pieces, probably scraps) could possibly take almost an hour and 45 mins to deliver??? I could have walked to the shop in 20 minutes!!! And for it to be cold just makes it worse. I'll think twice before i order again.

The chip butty was luke warm, only nice thing was the garlic sauce. My nephew had one bite of his burger and left it saying "it's horrible"

All 3 pizzas were shocking. Normally very happy with Codfellas but either they have a “new chef” or someone’s given quality control the night off! None of our pizzas had any tomato on the base, the cheese & toppings were rationed & they were all stone cold. The chips were fine, just the pizzas were a massive let down. Unlikely we’ll order again.

Half way through eating pizza to find a long hair cooked in with the pizza phoned up to ask for a refund to be told I can't have a refund but she would make me another pizza declined the offer as it had completely put my family and myself off our food. We are regular customers but will definitely not be going back!
